Finding purpose on the railway

Securing my dream job at Birmingham New Street station marked a defining milestone in overcoming personal barriers. Stepping onto the bustling concourse every day has helped me build confidence, master new skills, and demonstrate how individuals with autism thrive when given the opportunity to take initiative.
